Return and Refund

• At Valen Strength, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund, exchange, and return guidelines below.

  1. Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to deny returns if items are damaged or show signs of use.

  2. Process for Returns

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]  to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Write the RAN on the outside of the package.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the Only Cash on delivery
    payment method used during purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.

  4. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, you can place a new order for the desired product.

  5. Warranty Information

  •  This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
  • To claim a warranty, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue.

  6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Customized or personalized products.
    • Gift cards.
